PROJECTS
PLUS (Fundamentals
of Project Management)
As the way we work changes, we
are spending less and less of our time doing traditional jobs, and more
of our time working on projects. For many of us this can be a big
challenge for two reasons: first, we don't have a good process for
managing a project from start to finish, and second, because we don't
know how to enlist the help and support of other people who are critical
to the project's success.
This two-day workshop addresses both of these issues. It takes you
step-by-step through the process of developing a project plan, and it
teaches you the soft skills you need to work with other people and
achieve your project's objectives.
When you leave this workshop you'll take with you a detailed project
plan for one of your real world projects and the skills and confidence
you need to successfully implement it.
LEADERSHIP IN CHANGING TIMES (Change
Management for Leaders)
Let's
face it - most of us aren't very comfortable with continuous, dramatic
change and we have more than a little difficulty dealing with it. Add to
