Title: LEADERSHIP IN CHANGING TIMES
(Change Management for Leaders)
Let's face it - most of us aren't very comfortable with continuous, dramatic change and we have more than a little difficulty dealing with it. Add to that the weight of leading others through changing times, and the responsibility can become overwhelming.
This one-day workshop can make a world of difference, not only in how well you deal with change, but in how those you lead deal with it as well.
Workshop Overview
Section 1 - Understanding Change
We open the workshop by looking at change in our world today and how it affects people and organizations. We discuss the different reactions people have to change and why some people embrace it while others choose to ignore it, or even worse, attempt to undermine the organization's efforts to change.
Section 2 - Managing Change
In section two you'll learn that how your organization and the individuals in it experience change is largely up to you.
You'll learn that change follows a well-defined, predictable pattern, and that you can manage the change process in a way that keeps your organization focused and motivated. And you'll learn how to manage your own personal change process, and at the same time provide the appropriate leadership and help the individuals in your organization to deal with change constructively.
Section 3 - Planning For Change
In the last section of the workshop you'll develop a real world change management plan that you can take back and immediately implement in your workplace.
