At the Center For Training & Development we know that from time to time things come up that might prevent you from attending a course you've registered for.  To make sure you receive a refund of your tuition costs we ask that you follow our cancellation guidelines below.

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your registration up to 7 days before your course date.  You will receive a full refund of your registration fees.  If you must cancel your registration less than 7 days prior to your course date we ask that you do one of the following:

• Send a substitute from your organization to attend in your place.

• Transfer your registration to another course to be held within one year of your original course date.
