Managing In Two Cultures
The terms Hispanic and Latino refer to people who were born in the Spanish-speaking countries of the world. Like any other population, they share many common characteristics, values, traditions, and customs that make them unique as a group.

Many of the things that make Hispanics unique as a group are the very things that create the differences between us that we, and they, struggle to cope with in the workplace every day.

As employers and supervisors, it is important for us to understand and appreciate these differences. Only then can we bridge the gap between our two cultures and work together more productively.

These differences, and how to deal with them, are the subjects of our program.
